You can do this pretty easily and if you do it well then you’ll have great records to show your future prospects. Basically what it comes down to is creating separate profiles in your Affiliate network accounts, Adsense account, etc. for each site. This is a little extra step at the beginning of the directory building process that at the end means so much because you’ll be able to see exactly how much a site is earning from Adsense, affiliate commissions, text link ads etc.
