You want to gather all your info and display it in the best light. You can sell your site anywhere you want but I have sold 90% of mine directly on eBay. So I have experience with what eBay users look for. Because I sold my sites on eBay however does not mean that you have to as well. There are plenty of other sites you can list your web directory for sale on and more and more pop up all the time.
Before you go to sell your directory you should put some things into place that will help you track your traffic and earnings. Buyers want to know exactly how much traffic your site is receiving, how much it is earning and a list of other things but traffic and earnings are ones you need to track from the very beginning. This way you can show that you started from zero and now are receiving hopefully a nice amount of traffic and earnings.
