They might receive an email when they submit a link, when their link gets approved (or denied) or if they edit it down the road etc.
These emails are the perfect place to add a few lines of promotional text or ads. Any time you have a chance to be in front of someone’s eyes you should be making an offer.
After the normal text of the email I will usually place a few ads at the bottom like these:
